💇♀️ Hair Colour Touch-Up (Product Provided by Customer) – Procedure
This service is done when the customer brings their own hair colour product and the salon provides only the professional application service.
1️⃣ Client Consultation

Ask the client about previous colour history.

Check root growth and grey hair percentage.

Confirm the product brought by the customer (shade and developer).
2️⃣ Preparation

Make the client wear a salon cape and towel.

Stylist wears gloves.

Mix the hair colour and developer according to the product instructions in a non-metal bowl.
3️⃣ Hair Sectioning

Divide hair into 4 sections (center parting and ear-to-ear parting).

This helps apply colour neatly and evenly on roots.
4️⃣ Root Application

Apply colour only on new root growth using a tint brush.

Start from front hairline or grey areas.

Ensure complete root coverage.
5️⃣ Processing Time

Leave the colour for 30–35 minutes (or according to the product instructions).

Check hair during processing.
6️⃣ Emulsification

After the processing time, add a little water.

Massage the roots gently to blend colour evenly.
7️⃣ Rinse & Shampoo

Rinse hair with lukewarm water until water runs clear.

Wash with mild or colour protection shampoo.
8️⃣ Conditioning

Apply conditioner or hair mask for 3–5 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly.
9️⃣ Blow Dry & Styling

Towel dry hair.

Blow dry and style as desired.
